Our Role

A tailored Salesforce App was developed by our team at CCKBRV Consulting Group specifically for the club's event and membership data tracking. Through five interactive, data-driven reports, the app enables Lancaster Country Club to keep an eye on important membership trends and event attendance. These reports, which offer crucial insights into event operations and general efficiency, include the Member Directory, Event Capacity Summary, Event Schedule, Member by Membership, and Event by Event Date Report. When combined, they help staff make better decisions and provide the club with a better understanding of member engagement trends. In the end, this system facilitates more efficient operations, better planning, and an enhanced club member experience.
